Matt Beatty

Owner

Matt worked in the employee benefits industry for 14 years prior to joining Smash My Trash. He graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration. He loves spending time with his wife and two children. He occasionally plays golf, although, not very well. Matt and his wife are supporters of the Friends of Joshua House charity.

Justin Catania

Smash Consultant

Justin has worked in a consultative role in his career doing everything from janitorial supplies to microchips. He has a Bachelor’s degree form the University of South Florida. Justin enjoys surfing and spending time with his family on the east coast.

Ryan Holland

Smash Operator

Ryan is a licensed CDL driver and has extensive experience with heavy trucks, forklifts, and hot rods. He enjoys rock music and spending time with his family.
