We saw how our community and its businesses could benefit significantly from this service. We opened for three main reasons:

To help customers save money by reducing the frequency of hauls
To decrease CO2 emissions due to fewer miles driven by hauling trucks
To provide exceptional customer service

Lower Alabama is rapidly growing and includes one of the nation’s fastest growing counties – Baldwin County.

Our area includes industrial, petrochemical, aerospace, and naval industries in Mobile, along with the manufacturing, distribution and construction of Baldwin County. Albie Whitaker

Owner

Prior to joining Smash My Trash, Albie worked for nearly 20 years advising a limited number of wealthy families on their investments and trust and estate planning at major investment firms Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch. Albie holds an MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School and a BBA from the University of Georgia. He is married to Kristy (Byrne) Whitaker and they have two children, ages 4 and 6. When not smashing trash or chasing children, he loves outdoor sports including fishing and hunting.
