Chuck Adams
Chuck Adams is not only a franchisee but also works for Smash My Trash corporate as the VP of National Accounts. He also owns other businesses in the property management space. Chuck attended the University of Alabama and served in the United States Army after college. Chuck and his wife Karen spend most of their free time catering to the whims of their rambunctious Fox Red Lab, Strawberry.
Peter Johnson
Peter Johnson oversees our day-to-day operations for Smash My Trash – San Diego. He brings 6+ years of experience in the waste industry to the team and has lived in San Diego since 2008. He was a collegiate athlete in men’s volleyball, leading his team to back-to-back conference championships while also being named conference MVP in both seasons. Peter and his wife, Kassity, are the proud parents of their two dogs – Bear and Cody.
Pedro Castellanos
Pedro Castellanos serves our customers in North San Diego. He is a licensed CDL driver with 20+ years in the waste and recycling industry. He has been married to his wife Veronica for 18 years, and they have lived in the San Diego area since 2012. Pedro is a proud father of 2 and also has two grandchildren.
Christian Richichi
Christian Richichi serves our customers in South San Diego. He earned a BS in Business Administration with a minor in Finance from Cetys Universidad and served in the United States Marine Corp. Christian and his wife have been married for 22 years and are proud partners of 1 daughter.
