Mobile Dumpster compaction Service in North Carolina

As a radical solution to traditional, outdated waste removal, we get it – you have questions. And we have the answer!

We are a mobile waste compaction company. Our proprietary Smash Trucks® safely and efficiently compact the waste in open-top dumpsters by as much as 70%. This allows customers to add more waste to their dumpsters with fewer hauls, saving time and money, as well as the headaches often associated with late, inconsistent, and expensive haulers.

By reducing the number of hauls, we reduce the number of garbage trucks on the road. In fact, Smash My Trash reduces CO2 emissions by more than 155 million pounds annually – equivalent to removing 15,000 cars from the road each year. Additionally, compacted materials take up far less space in landfills.

As often as you wish! By personalizing our service to fit your specific needs, we only smash your trash when it makes sense to you. We offer a variety of service plans, and we document every smash with photos and videos so you can see exactly how much compaction happens. We also let you know when it’s time to call your hauler. This means no more guesswork and no more waiting – two common complaints we hear from our customers about their haulers.

The Powerhouse Team Behind the Smash

Andy Ronemus

Owner

I started my career in college athletics as the promotions director at Ball State. I then sold for Xerox, JNJ, and Boston Scientific. Twelve years ago, I left the corporate world and started out on my own. I worked with two startups before buying my first franchise in 2014, an Unishippers Franchise. In 2017, I purchased a Lendio Franchise, helping businesses find funding when they were turned down by traditional sources. When I found Smash in 2021, I sold my Lendio franchise and joined my partner, Jesus Gonzalez, as we purchased the Triad area of NC. I have been married to Tracie for 34 years and have two children, Baylor, 29, and Drew, 28. We have two dogs, a Mini Aussie and my best friend Rudi, a rescue Basset.

Larry Gainey

Salesperson

Larry joined the Triad Smash franchise on July 17th as our sales rep. He has previous Smash sales experience in North Charlotte. Prior to working with Smash, he worked at Home Depot, Administered Concepts, American Employer Group, and FedEx. Larry is married to Donna, and he has four kids: Tyler, 36; Chasity, 33; Cameron, 29; and Larson, 23. Larry is very active in travel baseball, coaching for 14 years. His hobbies are golf, tennis, and basketball.

David Webb

Driver

Hailing from Madison, NC, David has over 8 years of driving delivery/service vehicles. He is a current CDL holder, and when he is not working, he enjoys golfing, fishing, visiting tropical locations, and Caroline Panthers Football.

Experience the Power of Mobile Dumpster Compaction

We were so excited to see that the Triad of North Carolina was still available when we looked at buying a franchise. We looked at multiple locations when we were exploring where we wanted to start our new business, and the Triad met all of the requirements we had set: an international airport, multiple businesses in a very compact area, and a very friendly customer base. We are so excited about the ability to help businesses reduce their hauling costs.
