After a 27-year career in the corporate world, Paul entered franchising in January 2020, opening Smash My Trash – Memphis in August of that year. He is an Engineer who enjoys working through problems to find solutions. In Smash My Trash, he identifies the issues it tackles, including the rising cost of commercial dumpsters, the contracts customers are forced to sign, and the numerous hassles associated with dealing with waste haulers. He guided the company to significant growth, adding SMT Chattanooga and SMT North Central Florida as additional locations. The latest addition is Heavy Weight Waste – Memphis, which provides the dumpsters and a completely outsourced solution for their partners.

With nearly two decades of experience leading teams and streamlining operations, Ryan brings a lifelong passion for efficiency and service to Smash My Trash.  As a proven operations leader and successful multi-franchise owner, he’s built a career on driving growth and performance.  After relocating to Memphis, Ryan found the ideal fit with the Smash My Trash company that shares his passion for innovation, customer service, and continuous improvement.  Ryan has two wonderful children and a phenomenal wife.

Andrea has been an integral part of the Smash My Trash (SMT) team for three years. As our Office Manager, Andrea is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our office and the timely attention to all customer needs. Andrea is a Memphis native with a background as a Physical Therapist, having attended the UT Health Science Center.

David has 25 years of experience in the trucking industry, having owned his own company and managed others. He has the customer-first mentality that resonates with the Smash My Trash community. He ensures the routes are run smoothly, the trucks are in top shape, and the Smashes are excellent.

I grew up in northwest Indiana and graduated from highland high school.  I went to college at the University of Tampa and earned a business degree.  I then moved to Dallas and started my sales career.  I have now been in Bartlett,TN for 5 years having moved here while handling Tennessee as my territory for Securus. I like to play golf, listen to music and on weekends BBQ is my backyard on my Rec Tec grill.

Ronald Herber is a Commercial Sales Executive for the Smash My Trash Memphis, TN Franchise. Mr. Herber has more than 20 years of experience as a corporate executive, and sales leader across manufacturing, distribution and retail organizations. Prior to joining Smash My Trash, he was a Branch Manager for Poolcorp Corporation in Memphis, TN. Mr. Herber has a B.A.A. from Texas A&M University, College Station, TX.
