ABOUT US

As local business owners for the past several decades, we noticed that our ever-growing community was putting a strain on our local ecosystem as well as a significant increase in the cost of doing business in SoCal. The opportunity to bring Smash My Trash to the Foothill communities allowed us to help our fellow business owners with both problems at once! By reducing the volume of waste our local haulers need to take to the landfills, we can use that landfill space more efficiently. By reducing the number of hauling trips to the landfill, we can reduce a business owner’s hauling fees as well as lower the overall CO2 emissions generated by haulers. This is the type of Win-Win-Win that doesn’t come up very often!!

As local franchise owners, we are fortunate to help businesses along the foothill corridor from Irwindale to Rancho Cucamonga from the foothills in the north down south to the 10 and even the 60. This area has seen continuous growth for decades and we are happy to be part of that growth story with both our businesses and families growing in the very area we serve! We’ve seen some incredible changes over the years and even remember the days when the 210 east ended in La Verne. The economic engine in the Foothills community continues to drive us ever forward. The strong growth in both business and housing is fantastic to see as we have a vibrant community to both live and work within!

Chet Beeton

Chet has spent most of his career as a small business owner working in wholesale industrial supply as well as in the promotional marketing field. After seeing Smash My Trash, it seemed like the perfect opportunity to start something completely new and innovative that helps businesses save time and money. Over the years Chet has volunteered with multiple local Chambers of Commerce, coached and refereed local youth soccer with his children, and helped manage his local HOA. He graduated from Cal Poly Pomona and enjoys skiing, cycling, soccer, baseball, and spending time with family and friends.

Jeff Beeton

After finishing his undergrad degree he quickly jumped into entrepreneurship by starting a small marketing business providing imprinted promotional and advertising products. Since then he has helped launch several other small businesses. During this time he has enjoyed being an Ambassador with a local Chamber of Commerce and serving on special committees. He has even chaired a few of them along the way. Once he saw the opportunity with Smash My Trash he couldn’t wait to help businesses save money while making a positive impact on the environment and at the same time help support the community in which he lives, works and plays.

Nate Wehunt

Nate was a military brat growing up, so lived and worked all across the country… in fact he’s been to all 50 states. He knows firsthand that you can’t beat the weather and business opportunities in the Foothill Communities. He retired from building award winning secure digital platforms for some of the largest financial services companies and even picked up a few patents along the way. He was very excited to completely shift gears and the Smash My Trash opportunity to help both businesses and the environment was too good to pass up.
