As a 35-year Texas resident, I’ve always been active in the community and have worked diligently to help keep the great state of Texas, great!

When the opportunity arose to open a business that could help other businesses in the community to be more efficient, cost-effective, and environmentally friendly…I knew that I wanted to be a part of the Smash My Trash franchise.

As a woman- owned, family-run business, it was important to us that we align philosophically with the company we are associated with – we found that with Smash My Trash.

Tamera Martin

Owner

Tammy is a 35-year Texas resident who was born in London and is a self-proclaimed Air Force brat which is what sparked her love of travel. She has traveled all over the world including Europe, Asia, and The United States. But when it comes down to it, her heart belongs to Texas where the culture, fine arts, food, and sports are bar none! Tammy has an extensive business management and marketing background that spans across radio, real estate, and luxury sales. It’s this diversity that has given Tammy the ability to connect with people and grow the Dallas Northwest Smash My Trash franchise.

Monte Martin

CEO

Monte Martin is a 20+ year Texas resident who, in addition to his duties as CEO of SMT Dallas Northwest, owns a trilogy of businesses under Martin & Martin Design. He is very active in community and cultural initiatives throughout Dallas.

Kenneth Patranella

Director of Operations

Kenneth oversees business development, strategy, and the overall daily operations of Smash My Trash. Kenneth’s goal for SMT is to provide a service that is cost-saving, environmentally responsible and an opportunity for Dallas businesses to operate more efficiently, effectively, and profitably.
